Service Description
During a 1 on 1 Mental Strength Coaching session the coach helps the performer reach optimal performance by identifying key areas of improvements followed by a specific program developed by the coach in which then coach teaches, and practices mental skills specifically tailored to the needs of the performer. A mental strength session lasts between 50 minutes to 1 hour. With exception of the first session, the first session may last between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes. These sessions can be in-person or virtual. psychology. Suitable for individuals seeking to master the mental game and excel in high-pressure environments.
Cancellation Policy
For a full-refund the client needs to inform the mental strength coach 24 hours in advance. The client will have the opportunity to re-schedule. If the client does not show up to the mental strength session scheduled without notifying the mental strength coach 24 hours prior the session, the client will not receive a refund of the paid session.
